Welcome, I am glad you're here. I’m Jennifer Beard, a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and Sole Proprietor at Empower Health Care. With a background of over 10 years in critical care nursing and several years specializing in mental health, I bring a comprehensive understanding of both the medical and emotional aspects of wellness. I specialize in psychiatric evaluations and medication management for adolescents, adults, and older adults experiencing conditions such as ADHD, anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, mood disorders, and other mental health concerns. My goal is to create a collaborative, supportive environment where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to find treatment approaches that improve their quality of life.
